We offer several maintenance programs from Full Maintenance to Planned Maintenance Service. These services are key to maintaining a low cost, and long life forklift fleet. Each program is designed to meet the needs of warehouse & distribution companies of all fleet sizes and budgets:
Planned Maintenance:
Planned Maintenance program is a scheduled inspection and adjustment of all the operating system on your forklift. Along with oil changes and lubrication. Customers are given a copy of the work order and any additional service that is needed is planned in advance.
Fleet Maintenance:
This program is available for customers with five or more forklifts. One of the benefits of fleet maintenance is the ability to carry multiple trucks under a single agreement. This also includes the benefits of contract maintenance. Work is performed at fixed hourly rate, which benefits the customers during these economic times.
Contract Maintenance:
Contract maintenance may be possible on a ‘fixed-price basis, which will depend on an application survey and analysis of maintenance needs. Once contract maintenance is established this agreement covers planned maintenance to routine and emergency service for a designated term. Tires and abuse are excluded.
Full Maintenance:
This is a ‘one-price’ program covering both equipment and full service. Full Maintenance programs are recommended for the customer that desires to have forklift maintenance expenses under ‘fixed’ expenses column, rather than a variable column. All the cost and services is managed by us.
